HOTEL POLICIES
Pet Policy
Pets are permitted in select room types at the Lockwood Hotel. Please note, our pet fee is $75 per stay (two pets maximum). Our canine companions are expected to be leashed or crated at all times in public areas. Please be sure not to leave your canine in the guest rooms unattended. The pet waste station is located across Front Street between the two guest parking lots.
Smoking Policy
Lockwood Hotel is a non-smoking property. Guests who don't comply with our smoke-free policy may be charged a $300 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours before 3pm of your check-in date. Cancellations within the 24-hour day cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 24-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.
Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special events and promotions.
Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken. Special Events and Promotions may have a different deposit policy.
Package & Storage Policy
You may opt to have your package mailed and stored at the hotel for a fee. We can not hold packages for longer than 20 days.

- 5-10 lbs - $5
- 11-20 lbs - $10
- 21-30 lbs - $15
- 31-50 lbs - $20
- 50+ lbs - $25

Yes, complimentary valet parking is available for all Lockwood Hotel guests.
